What to Bring to the Launch Site

This week's reminder on ESRA's social media is to bring folding chairs to the launch site.

Window Opening

The window opens for the submission of Team Registration Packages on 2 March 2026 at 5:00 PM CT. Instructions will be sent out on ESRA's official Discord Server. The window will close on 1 May 2026 at 5:00 PM CT.

Call for Volunteers

ESRA is looking for volunteers to help lead and grow the ESRA/IREC merchandise program. The role would include:

  • Curating and selecting branded merchandise.

  • Coordinating design, production, and procurement.

  • Managing sales logistics.

  • Supporting on-site merchandise operations during competition week.
