Please note the following requirements before you begin the application:

• Take the Preparing for the 2026 IREC Application Process Course

• The application will close at 5:00PM on October 24th. Do not wait till the last minute!

• When submitting your form you will need to use or create a new Microsoft account to save the application for future edits. We also recommend saving a copy of your responses for your records.

  • We recommend using an account that provides the entire team access to the application.

• You will be given the opportunity to edit your responses through October 24, 2025 at 5:00 pm CST when the application window officially closes.

• Your team will need to use an unrelated online file sharing system, such as Dropbox or Google Drive, to share links to the following documents:

  • Question 3 - PNG version of your team logo.

  • Question 39 - Is asking for a Team Roster CSV file. Please use Team Roster CSV Template. Please include all team members that contribute to building the rocket, not just the ones attending the competition.

    • We will ask for team members attending the competition at a later date.

  • Question 40 - PNG version of the render of your rocket.
