Rocket Safety Reviews Commencement
Teams unable to check in on Monday must check in on Tuesday morning.
NOTE: The ESRA Merchandise Store and Food Trucks will be open, and items will be available for purchase.
9:00am CT - Mentors, Flyers of Record and Faculty Advisor Check-in
Make sure to bring your ID and Tripoli Rocketry Association ID card.
9:00am CT - ESRA Volunteer Check-in
Make sure to bring your ID and Tripoli Rocketry Association ID card.
9:30am CT - Team Flight Safety Review Check-in
Make sure to bring your rocket (all flight hardware and payload), team leads, FOR and any other personnel needed for the flight safety reviews.
IMPORTANT: Team Flight Safety Reviews will conclude for the day at 3:30pm after which teams will be directed to assemble for the Mass Group Photo.
9:30am CT - Wildman Hobbies and Aerotech Motor Building Workshop
All teams who have pre-purchased motors from either of these vendors can pick up their motors during this time. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you seek assistance and guidance on building your motors from these experts.

4:00pm CT - Mass Group Photo in the Horseshoe Amphitheater
All participants will gather for the mass group photo. ESRA Volunteer/Staff group photos will be directly afterward.
Immediately Following Mass Photo - Event Staff, Judge, and Volunteer Coordination Kick-off Meeting and Pizza Social
All event staff, Range Safety and Launch Operations team members, judges, and ESRA volunteers will meet for a coordination kick-off meeting in the Education Building. ESRA Leadership team will brief the teams on the schedule of activities, distribute necessary materials, and answer all questions from those assembled. (This meeting is Not for Students).
NOTE: Volunteers and ESRA staff will be provided with food as part of the Pizza Social during the kick-off meeting
