Special Notice Regarding IREC Team Make up

REMINDER TO ALL STUDENT TEAMS

Per Section 2.2.3 of the IREC Rules and Regulations:

Teams must ONLY include students from the university listed in their application.

All team members must be active students at the identified university. You cannot form a single IREC team with students from multiple universities.

If your current application includes students from another university, you must contact ESRA immediately at general.info@esrarocket.org to ensure compliance before proceeding any further. Any and all exceptions must be formally requested, reviewed, and approved by ESRA.

For example, this exception generally tends to apply to small or non-engineering universities that lack enough students to field a full team.
