Ordering aerotech motors

This notice predominantly applies ONLY to teams flying AeroTech motors (whether ordered directly from AeroTech or through Wildman Rocketry). It does not apply to motors from any other manufacturers.

Order Deadline: February 2, 2026

Delivery Method: Must be specified as Delivery at IREC

All AeroTech motor orders placed via AeroTech or Wildman must be submitted by February 2nd and must be marked for Delivery at IREC 2026. Orders placed after this date or without the correct delivery designation may not be available at the launch site.

This is a hard cutoff driven by manufacturing schedules, shipping logistics, and on-site handling constraints. They will not be able to accommodate late orders, changes, or delivery fixes after the deadline.

If you are flying AeroTech hardware, coordinate with your team’s procurement lead now and lock it in.

While this deadline is specific to AeroTech, all teams, regardless of motor manufacturer, are strongly encouraged to place their motor orders as early as possible to avoid supply chain delays, backorders, and last minute scrambles.

Rockets don’t fly on good intentions... they fly on motors that were ordered on time!
